Tom Joyce left the city life in the East Bay Area and began his real estate career in 1978 as a licensed real estate agent. In 1981 he received his brokers license and has since owned and managed several companies until he created Graeagle Real Estate (a Graeagle Properties, Inc. company). Tom has been in the real estate business longer than anyone in the area and his experience exceeds the competition.

Carol was in the airline & travel business for over 15 years. Carol now manages the office and is the go to person for computer input.

Kerry Bowling was born and raised in Plumas Pines-Graeagle. After graduating from St. Mary's College of California with a degree in Communications, Kerry moved back to Plumas Pines. Kerry and husband Brandon Bowling, the Head Golf Professional at Plumas Pines Golf Course, are enjoying raising their 2 sons while helping others with their dreams of 'living the good life' in one of the best areas in California. In addition to working at Graeagle Real Estate, Kerry co-manages Graeagle Vacation Rentals & Plumas Pines Vacation Rentals with her sister, Erin.

Jason Klemesrud in addition to working at Graeagle Real Estate is the Assistant Superintendent at Whitehawk Ranch Golf Club. Jason has also remodeled several homes in the area. Jason’s construction and golf course knowledge makes him a great asset to the Graeagle Real Estate team.
